STICKER VISA
- A valid passport which expires in no less than 30 days after intended departure date
- At least two blank visa pages in passport
- Two passport size coloured photographs (35x45mm)
- Original covering letter signed by the applicant
- Bank statement for the last six months (bank certified)
- Salary slip (if employee)
- Hotel confirmation
- Air ticket itinerary
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Divorce decree (if applicable)
- Death certificate of spouse (if applicable)
- Written consent from both parents (if minor)
- Proof of legal adoption (if applicable)
- Legal separation order (if applicable)
- Employer undertaking letter
- Letter from employer
- Full employer details and business registration proof
