Checklist for 5 Years Multiple Entry UAE Visa
- Coloured passport-sized photographs taken on a white background
- Coloured copies of the last and first page of your passport
- Scanned copy of other sticker visas
- Last 6 months bank statements to prove liquidity (minimum USD 4000)
- Letter from bank certifying balance in USD minimum 4000
- Proof of travel health insurance (minimum 1 year)
- Reference of a person in UAE (name, contact details and address)
- Copy of flight tickets and hotel booking (travel within 3 months of applying)
- PAN Card
- ITR / 6 months salary slip or income proof if available
- Occupation and education details (to be mentioned in email)
