E VISA
- If you are holding valid US, UK, or Schengen visa
- Passport should be valid for minimum 6 months
- Passport size Photo
- Email id and Phone number of passenger
- Hotel details
- Flight details
- Valid US, UK or Schengen visa copy
STICKER VISA
- Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters with 1 photograph affixed and signed by the applicant
- Passport should be issued less than 10 years
- Passport must have minimum validity of 6 months beyond intended stay in Turkey
- Passport must have at least two full blank pages
- Two photos with white background taken within last 6 months (2.5 inch x 2.5 inch)
- Leave letter from employer / covering letter on business letterhead (if self-employed)
- Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket
- Hotel reservation
- Company bank statement last 3 months signed and stamped by bank
- Personal bank statement last 3 months signed and stamped by bank
- Personal Income Tax Return for last 3 years
- Company Income Tax Return for last 3 years (if employer/self-employed)
- Salary slips or certificates of last three months and Form 16 (for employee)
- GST certificate (for employer)
- Minors need consent letter from both parents on stamp paper with photos and notarized
- If visiting Turkish citizen/resident: invitation letter with passport number, name, identity card and bank details of inviter
- Marriage Certificate issued by marriage registrar / notarized affidavit if not shown in passport
- Copies of first and last pages of passport
