Tour Overview

This is one of India's most challenging and rewarding treks. It connects the fertile, cedar-filled Parvati Valley with the stark, Buddhist land of Spiti via the Pin Parvati Pass (17,450 ft). You will trek alongside the roaring Parvati River to its source at Mantalai Lake before crossing a massive glacier into the Pin Valley National Park.

Day 3: Kheerganga to Tunda Bhuj

Day 3 Crossing the tree line into high meadows.

Day 4: Tunda Bhuj to Thakur Kuan

Day 4 Navigating rocky terrain and river crossings.

Day 5: Thakur Kuan to Odi Thach

Day 5 A steep climb to high-altitude pastures.

Day 6: Odi Thach to Mantalai Lake

Day 6 Reaching the sacred glacial lake (13,500 ft).

Day 7: Acclimatization Day

Day 7 Rest and technical briefing for the pass crossing.

Day 8: Mantalai to Base Camp

Day 8 Trekking over moraine and glacier edges.

Day 9: The Pass Crossing

Day 9 Summiting Pin Parvati Pass (17,450 ft) and descending to Spiti side.

Day 10: Base Camp to Mudh Village

Day 10 Trekking through the colorful Pin Valley to the first road-head.

Day 11: Mudh to Kaza

Day 11 Drive to Kaza; visit Ki Monastery and Kibber.

Day 12: Departure

Day 12 Drive from Kaza back to Manali via Atal Tunnel.

Day 2 to Day 9: Expedition Campsites
Description: During the core trekking days, accommodation consists of Double-Layered 4-Season Alpine Tents. These are designed for high-altitude winds and sub-zero temperatures. You are provided with:

Insulated Sleeping Mats: To prevent heat loss from the ground.

Professional Sleeping Bags: Rated for -10°C to -15°C.

Dining Tent: A common dry area for meals and social interaction.

Dry Pit Toilets: Set up at each campsite to ensure eco-friendly hygiene in the wilderness.

3. Airline Policy

  • Airlines operate under DGCA regulations.
  • We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or bankruptcy.
  • Passengers must bear additional cost in case of airline bankruptcy.
  • Boarding pass issuance is passenger responsibility.
  • Wrong ticket issuance must be reported within 2–3 hours.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Approved refunds will be issued only as Credit Note.
  • Cancellation before 45 days – Credit Note valid for 6 months (any international tour).
  • Cancellation within 45 days – Credit Note valid for same tour within 6 months.
  • No refund for denied boarding, immigration issues, or unused services.

5. Passport & Visa Policy

  • Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from return date.
  • Minimum 3 blank visa pages required.
  • Passport validity is passenger’s responsibility.
  • Visa approval/rejection depends solely on respective Embassy.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval.

6. Hotel & Accommodation Policy

  • Hotels are subject to availability.
  • Similar category hotels may be provided if original hotel is unavailable.
  • We are not responsible for hotel service standards or amenities.

  • Insurance is issued on behalf of client.
  • All claims are subject to insurance company terms.
