Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 :- Arrival & Mountain Air
Arrive at Bagdogra/NJP. Enjoy a 3-hour winding drive through tea estates to Darjeeling. Check into your hotel and spend the evening at Chowrasta (The Mall).
Day 2 :- The Early Bird Sunrise
Wake up at 3:30 AM for Tiger Hill. On the way back, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast, visit the Japanese Peace Pagoda.
Day 3 :- Heritage & Wildlife
Visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (home to Red Pandas). Evening free for shopping at the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center.
Day 4 :- The Joy Ride
Morning dedicated to the UNESCO World Heritage Toy Train joyride from Darjeeling to Ghoom. Afternoon visit to Rock Garden and Ganga Maya Park.
Day 5 :- Mirik Lake Excursion
A full-day trip to Mirik (60 km). Spend the afternoon boating on the lake or walking through the orange orchards. Return to Darjeeling by evening.
Day 6 :- Kalimpong Retreat
Drive to Kalimpong (2.5 hrs). Visit Deolo Hill, the Orchid Nurseries, and Durpin Monastery. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay away from the main town crowds.
Day 7 :- Riverside Returns
Drive back to Darjeeling. En route, stop at the Triveni View Point (confluence of Teesta and Rangeet rivers). Final evening for last-minute souvenir shopping.
Day 8 :- Departure with Tea
After breakfast, take a final stroll through the market. Transfer back to Bagdogra/NJP for your return journey.

Day 8:- Departure
Check-out (09:00 AM): Pack your Darjeeling tea boxes and handicrafts. Complete the checkout formalities after a hearty breakfast. The Descent: The drive back to the plains takes about 3-4 hours. You will pass through the scenic Kurseong town—feel free to ask your driver for a quick "momo stop" at a local wayside eatery. Drop-off: Your private vehicle will drop you at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure.
