This 5-day expedition is designed for trekkers and nature enthusiasts who want to explore the rugged Western Ghats. You will navigate through dense shola forests, misty grasslands, and aromatic coffee estates, culminating in breathtaking views from the highest peaks in the region.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Coffee Trails

Day 1 Arrive in Coorg and check into your resort. In the afternoon, take a guided walk through a Coffee Plantation to learn about the bean-to-cup process. Evening at leisure by the bonfire.

Day 2: The Tadiandamol Challenge

Day 2 Early morning drive to the base of Tadiandamol. Embark on an 8km trek through shola forests and steep grasslands. Reach the summit (1,748m) for a packed lunch with a view. Return to the resort by evening.

Day 3: Wildlife & Waterfalls

Day 3 Visit Dubare Elephant Camp for a morning river crossing and elephant interaction. Later, visit Abbey Falls and the historical Madikeri Fort. Sunset at Raja's Seat.

Day 4: Nishani Motte Ridge Trek

Day 4 A moderate trek to Nishani Motte, known for its stunning ridge walk. The trail offers a mix of forest cover and open meadows. Spend the evening shopping for local spices and homemade chocolates in Madikeri.

Day 5: Culture & Departure

Day 5 Visit the Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) en route to your departure point. Transfer to Bangalore or Mangalore for your onward journey.

  • Late payments beyond 10 days attract 24% interest per annum.

2. Pricing & Rate Policy

  • Airline, hotel, and transport rates are dynamic.
  • Quotation does not guarantee final price.
  • Supplement charges may apply during festivals and blackout dates.
  • Rates are valid for Indian nationals only unless specified.
  • All fares are subject to change without notice.

3. Airline Policy

  • Airlines operate under DGCA regulations.
  • We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or bankruptcy.
  • Passengers must bear additional cost in case of airline bankruptcy.
  • Boarding pass issuance is passenger responsibility.
  • Wrong ticket issuance must be reported within 2–3 hours.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Approved refunds will be issued only as Credit Note.
  • Cancellation before 45 days – Credit Note valid for 6 months (any international tour).
  • Cancellation within 45 days – Credit Note valid for same tour within 6 months.
  • No refund for denied boarding, immigration issues, or unused services.

5. Passport & Visa Policy

  • Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from return date.
  • Minimum 3 blank visa pages required.
  • Passport validity is passenger’s responsibility.
  • Visa approval/rejection depends solely on respective Embassy.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval.

6. Hotel & Accommodation Policy

  • Hotels are subject to availability.
  • Similar category hotels may be provided if original hotel is unavailable.
  • We are not responsible for hotel service standards or amenities.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Insurance is issued on behalf of client.
  • All claims are subject to insurance company terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act solely as consultant and booking agent.
  • Not responsible for loss of luggage, injury, theft, or death.
  • No porter service included unless specified.

9. Itinerary Changes

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any departure.
  • Itinerary may be modified due to weather, strikes, government rules, etc.
  • No compensation for such changes.

10. Communication Policy

  • All changes/cancellations must be requested via email only.
  • Phone instructions will not be considered valid.
  • Quotation email is not booking confirmation.

11. Force Majeure

  • No liability for delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

  • All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat, India courts.
