This short, high-intensity adventure is designed for those looking to experience international-standard skiing slopes within India. The package covers the transition from the base town of Joshimath to the snowy meadows of Auli via one of Asia’s longest ropeways, providing ample time for professional skiing lessons.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Alpine Views Arrive in Joshimath.

Day 1 Board the ropeway for a 25-minute scenic ascent to Auli. Check into your resort. Spend the evening acclimatizing with a short walk to the Auli Artificial Lake. Dinner and bonfire at the resort.

Day 2: The Ski Expedition

Day 2 After a heavy breakfast, head to the slopes. Meet your instructor for a full-day skiing session. Start with the "Baby Slopes" to learn balance and braking, then progress to gentle inclines. Evening free for a sunset trek to Gurso Bugyal (3km).

Day 3: Sightseeing & Departure

Day 3 Morning visit to the Narsingh Temple in Joshimath (Winter seat of Lord Badrinath). After breakfast, check out and begin your descent/drive back to Dehradun or Rishikesh for your onward journey.

  • Late payments beyond 10 days attract 24% interest per annum.

2. Pricing & Rate Policy

  • Quotation does not guarantee final price.
  • Supplement charges may apply during festivals and blackout dates.
  • Rates are valid for Indian nationals only unless specified.
  • All fares are subject to change without notice.

3. Airline Policy

  • Airlines operate under DGCA regulations.
  • We are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or bankruptcy.
  • Passengers must bear additional cost in case of airline bankruptcy.
  • Boarding pass issuance is passenger responsibility.
  • Wrong ticket issuance must be reported within 2–3 hours.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
  • Approved refunds will be issued only as Credit Note.
  • Cancellation before 45 days – Credit Note valid for 6 months (any international tour).
  • Cancellation within 45 days – Credit Note valid for same tour within 6 months.
  • No refund for denied boarding, immigration issues, or unused services.

5. Passport & Visa Policy

  • Passport must have minimum 6 months validity from return date.
  • Minimum 3 blank visa pages required.
  • Passport validity is passenger’s responsibility.
  • Visa approval/rejection depends solely on respective Embassy.
  • We do not guarantee visa approval.

6. Hotel & Accommodation Policy

  • Hotels are subject to availability.
  • Similar category hotels may be provided if original hotel is unavailable.
  • We are not responsible for hotel service standards or amenities.

7. Travel Insurance

  • Insurance is issued on behalf of client.
  • All claims are subject to insurance company terms.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • We act solely as consultant and booking agent.
  • Not responsible for loss of luggage, injury, theft, or death.
  • No porter service included unless specified.

9. Itinerary Changes

  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any departure.
  • Itinerary may be modified due to weather, strikes, government rules, etc.
  • No compensation for such changes.

10. Communication Policy

  • All changes/cancellations must be requested via email only.
  • Phone instructions will not be considered valid.
  • Quotation email is not booking confirmation.

11. Force Majeure

  • No liability for delays due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law
